25th birthday celebration

The December Friday Coffee morning was given over to celebrating 25 years since the Library moved into its current building.

Almost 60 people arrived to drink coffee, talk to each other, listen to Furzeham School sing Christmas carols, and – of course – to eat cake. The event raised £168.40. A great way to start the festive season.

Many thanks and much admiration has to go to the artistry of Trinity Cakes, Brixham – the birthday book cake was a real showstopper!
