Devon based Mark Delamere is a qualified Tai Chi teacher of over 20 years. He'll be offering information, demonstrations and advice on the fascinating art of Tai Chi.

Jess Osborne from Hypnotherapy Torbay will be offering information on hypnotherapy and will be carrying out demonstrations throughout the morning.

Peter Hughes, owner and care manager of Home Instead (South Devon), a local care home provider will be advising how to stay safe and what to look out for when it comes to fraud.

FoBL invite people living with dementia and their carers to a fortnightly walk. Starting at the Golden Hind in Brixham at 10.30am, and finishing with a cup of coffee at the Brixham Steam Packet.

Boots Pharmacy will be carrying out blood pressure checks and offering advice on high blood pressure and cardiac problems.
