Helen – a retired and highly experienced paramedic who works at Brixham Library – will be hosting a Basic Cardiac Life Support Training Session (BCLS). This session is open to everyone and will give you the opportunity to learn BCLS and practice on a dummy.

Helen will go through the process of dealing with an unresponsive casualty, administrating life support (if required) and becoming familiar with, and using, the automatic defibrillator.
