Helen, a retired & highly experienced paramedic, will be hosting a Basic Cardiac Life Support Training Session (B.C.L.S). This session is open to everyone and will give you the opportunity to learn B.C.L.S and practice on a manikin.

Helen will go through the process of dealing with an unresponsive casualty, administrating life support (if required) and becoming familiar with, and using, the automatic defibrillator.

This course is free but places are limited, so please book your space.
