Redstarts and Cuckoos on Dartmoor: Bird Watching trip to Dartmoor with Mike Langman
Friday 20th, 10am – 12.30pm £8 members, £10 non members
Meeting location: meet at Warren House Inn at 10am. Parking outside pub or in Bennett’s Cross car park 200m East of the pub. Finish about 12.30pm. Bring packed lunch or have a pub meal.
A bird rich and beautiful circular walk (approx. 3 miles) from Warren House Inn to Sousons Plantation, Challacombe Farm. Hopefully enjoying some of the best birds Dartmoor can offer, including Cuckoo, Redstart, Whinchat, Siskin and Pied Flycatcher.
