Well known transport artist Eric Bottomley moved to Devon in recent years. His paintings capture the nostalgia and flavour of our transport past. He uses images of trains, trams, vehicles and the waterways to great effect. A member of the Guild of Railway Artists, this talk will describe his career as well as his artistic work and will appeal to anyone with an interest and love of painting and/or industrial archaeology. Copies of Eric’s book will also be on sale.
