Come and explore the National Trust’s Long Wood near Noss Marina and enjoy seeing the bluebells at their best. This impressive oak woodland hanging on the side of the Dart Estuary holds a recently discovered population of Devon’s only Firecrests. Join Mike Langman on a circular walk (approx 2.5 miles a bit steep in places) to find some of these tiny gems together with their equally small cousin the Goldcrest. We’ll also enjoy the Dusk Chorus , which can be almost as good as the Dawn Chorus, but without the ridiculously early morning start!
