People with dementia sometimes need a helping hand to go about their daily lives. Dementia Friends is giving people an understanding of dementia and the small things they can do that can make a difference to people living with the condition. Come along to this interactive session to learn about dementia, what it is and how you can play a part in making our community more dementia-friendly.
